SEO has a data problem. We built the pilot seat.
Most SEO tooling hands you a hundred tables and no verdict. RankPilot exists because a score you can read is worth more than a spreadsheet nobody opens twice.
From unread reports to one flight plan
The idea started on an agency floor, inside a recurring client meeting: forty pages of audit findings, zero agreement about what to do first, and a client update every month that re-litigated the same questions.
We wanted the opposite instrument — something that reads your site like a pre-flight checklist, shows the verdict as gauges instead of walls of text, and insists every finding has a next action attached before it appears on your screen.
That became RankPilot: one overall score, five honest categories, a rank tracker that remembers history, and a recommendation list that rewards the boring, reliable work of fixing things.

Two SEO practitioners and an engineer decided the same audit report they kept buying deserved better instrument design.

The audit engine goes live
Scored categories, animated gauges, and the issues explorer shipped together — the score, the evidence, and the fix list as one artifact.

The full flight deck
Rank tracking, competitor visibility, recommendations, and saved reports joined the panel; plans opened for teams running several sites.
What we refuse to compromise
Truth over flattery
A score you can't lose is a score you can't steer by. Every gauge RankPilot shows is re-earned each audit cycle — including the weeks it drops.
Fix-first, always
Findings only count when they end in something a person can do. Impact and effort are attached to every recommendation before it reaches your list.
Speed is part of honesty
Stale SEO data lies. Audits are cheap to re-run, positions refresh on a schedule you chose, and nothing you look at is months old.
