Privacy Policy
1. Summary
RankPilot is built so that none of your measurement data ever has to leave your machine. This policy describes exactly what the service stores, what it never collects, and how you can erase everything at any time.
2. What is stored, and where
Everything you do in RankPilot — accounts, audit history, score gauges, tracked keywords, competitor lists, saved reports, recommendations, and workspace settings — is stored locally in your browser's built-in storage on your own device.
This data stays on your device. It is not uploaded, synced, indexed, or fetched by any server operated by us or by third parties.
3. What we never collect
We do not collect or store: passwords on any server (accounts live only in your browser's local storage), payment card details under any circumstance, contact form content beyond your own device's storage, or behavioral analytics about you.
RankPilot does not query search engines directly and does not scrape websites from our side — audit results are produced by RankPilot's own measurement engine and remain part of your local data.
4. Local storage details
The service uses browser local storage under rankpilot.*.v1 keys to keep your workspace working between visits: your signed-in session, your site and audit data, and your selected plan.
These entries are plain records of the product's own state and contain no credentials or card information of any kind.
5. Export and deletion
You can export your ranking, issue, and visibility data to CSV at any time from the dashboard.
You can erase all stored RankPilot data instantly: the Settings page includes a reset option, and clearing your browser's site data removes every stored record permanently.
